Life can feel heavy at times. Many struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, or a constant sense of stress. With so much happening in the world, it’s difficult to feel truly calm—or genuinely happy.
In this workshop, Gen Rinzin will share how we can begin to let go of worry and anxiety by using simple meditation techniques and practical advice that are easy to integrate into everyday life, regardless of your background or beliefs.
Come and discover how to recognize and gently step back from thoughts that fuel anxiety. Learn how to cultivate the peace and happiness you wish for from within your own mind.

Resident Teacher
Gen Kelsang Rinzin was ordained as a Buddhist monk in 2004, practiced and taught in Colorado and Seattle for many years. Gen Rinzin was the Resident Teacher at Heruka Buddhist Center in Fort Collins, Colorado for 15 years. Most recently he was the Second Teacher at the International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon. He has years of teaching experience and a deep understanding of our precious Dharma teachings. Gen Rinzin communicates his love of Dharma with a down-to-earth approach and humor, helping listeners appreciate and understand the teachings while putting them into practice. His teachings are clear, practical, and easy to apply to modern life.
