Take a lunchtime break on Wednesdays and join us for a short practical teaching coming from Buddha’s timeless wisdom followed by a guided meditation.
Leave feeling refreshed, positive, and energized. No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.

Soup and Serenity

On the last Wednesday of the month (please check the calendar to confirm) nourish your mind with meditation and your body with a delicious homemade soup, bread, and dessert.  Relax, connect with others, and enjoy meaningful conversations to inspire your day. Meditation: $5 Lunch: $5

Resident Teacher

Gen Kelsang Namdrol is a modern Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Samudrabadra Kadampa Buddhist Center. She has been studying, practicing, and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years
under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. Gen Namdrol’s heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth, clarity, and humor making them accessible to everyone.
