Solving Anger with Wisdom
This series runs Thursdays June 11 – June 25, 2026
(New series begins July 2nd)

Anger is one of the most common and destructive delusions, and it afflicts our mind almost every day. Anger can take many forms, from feelings of helpless frustration to seething rage, but it is always harmful to our happiness and wellbeing.

To solve the problem of anger, we first need to recognize the anger within our own mind, acknowledge how it harms both ourself and others, and then appreciate the benefits of being patient when we encounter frustrating situations.

Exploring Buddha’s teachings on the wisdom of karma and the true nature of reality, we will come to discover how we can truly live and enjoy a life free of anger.

Everyone is welcome! No experience needed. Each class includes a teaching, guided meditations, and an opportunity for Q&A as time permits.
