The Art of Letting Go
Thursdays, April 11 – May 2,  2024

Imagine a day or indeed a life, free of stress, anger, anxiety, fear, overthinking, and self-criticism. While we may feel this is impossible today, in truth, it can become a possibility for everyone, more and more, day by day. Join us and discover the deep peace of mind, emotional freedom, and genuine happiness that comes from learning – and in time mastering – the art of letting go.

In these classes, we will explore meditations and practices for daily life, that will enable us to recognize, reduce, and let go of unhealthy or unhelpful states of mind. These states of mind all too often burden our minds, leaving us feeling mentally and emotionally depleted and discouraged. Gradually, through training in meditation, we will come to experience a deep and stable experience of inner peace and genuine happiness that cannot be disturbed by changing external conditions.

Each class includes a teaching and guided meditations.
Everyone is welcome. No experience is necessary.
