Creating a Meditation Habit that Sticks
Saturday, June 20, 2026, 3-4:30pm
Everything in our life depends upon the mind. If it is peaceful, we are happy. If it is unpeaceful, we are not happy. Meditation is a tool for change. Through maintaining a consistent meditation practice, we will begin to see that, as we gradually gain control over our mind, we begin to gain control over our life. If we can transform our mind from negative to positive, from unpeaceful to peaceful, we can and will transform our life.
Join us as Gen Namdrol explains the importance of meditation in daily life and how to enjoy a successful meditation practice.
Join Gen Namdrol for this monthly class that includes an inspiring talk, guided meditations, and time for questions and answers. Please stay following the class to connect with others and enjoy some light refreshments. Everyone is welcome!
