Redefining the joy in enjoyment
Are you completely satisfied? If we’re honest, most of us would have to say we’re not! We’re constantly craving – a new phone, a new partner, a nicer house, a better job – or just some quiet. Buddha explained this is because we lack inner peace and happiness, so we’re constantly seeking something, or someone, to fill the gap in our heartsT. his uncontrolled desire causes us so much unhappiness, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and addiction problems; it’s the root of all our suffering.

During this half-day course, Gen Namdrol will offer Buddha’s clear and practical advice on how to overcome uncontrolled desires and let go of our constant cravings. Through simple but powerful meditation techniques, we can find inner contentment and peace which will give rise to an experience of pure joy and happiness.

Everyone is welcome!  No experience is needed.
