Friday Night Talk: Transforming Sorrow Friday, June 5, 2026 7-8:30pm with Gen Namdrol
Cost $15.00 Register On-Line above or Drop-In and pay at the door.

The experience of loss is universal. Grief is a natural response, but we don’t have to get stuck there. The end of a relationship, the death of a loved one, or we may simply feel that things will never be the same and are mourning the past.  Many things can leave us feeling saddened.

In Buddha’s teachings we find wisdom that allows us to skillfully move through our grief, heal our pain, and find a renewed vision for a meaningful, happy  life.

The evening will include guided meditation and a talk. Also includes refreshments and time for Q&A. No previous experience is necessary.
Everyone is welcome – Bring a friend!
