Gen Kelsang Gomlam, a modern Buddhist nun, is the US Western National Spiritual Director, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Colorado, and a former hospice nurse. Her heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone.
