“The rainbow does not come from anywhere nor does it go anywhere.”
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Of all Buddha’s teachings, none are more far-reaching and transformative than his teachings on emptiness, the true nature of reality. It is through our understanding of emptiness – in particular, the freedom that we experience as a result – that we can then come to solve all our problems and be of maximum benefit to others.

Join us on this journey into this illuminating wisdom that liberates us permanently from all suffering and fulfills our deepest wishes for permanent peace and happiness.

Each session will include a clear, practical teaching and guided meditations.  No experience needed – Everyone is welcome.
Session 1: 10-11:15 am
Break: 11:15 – 11:45 am
Session 2: 11:45 – 1 pm
Lunch: 1 – 2 pm
Session 3: 2 – 3 pm
