with Gen Kelsang Namdrol
Cost $25.00 Register On-Line above or Drop-In and pay at the door.

Grateful people are happy people!  We can often be so focused on what we don’t have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we do have.  We tend to forget the enormous benefit we receive from the kindness of others. By living with an awareness of our interconnection with others, we can develop a warm heart of appreciation and a feeling of being close to everyone.  This special way of looking at the world brings joy and creates the foundation for stable, loving relationships.

Join us for this inspiring workshop and discover for yourself the uplifting experience of joy, contentment, and positive energy that comes from meditating on gratitude.  By developing a daily ‘attitude of gratitude’, we can live a happier, more fulfilled life with greater meaning and purpose.

Each session will include practical advice and guided meditation.
No experience needed – Everyone is welcome.
