Free your mind from all your burdens, and let go of your stress, anxiety, and frustration.
Our potential for peace and happiness is limitless. Usually, we are so busy and distracted that this can be hard to believe. However, it is possible to gradually improve our ability to quiet and calm our mind through the practice of meditation. It’s simply learning a new skill! Through establishing a regular meditation practice, we will experience many benefits, including:
- Less stress and anxiety
- Better Sleep
- Improved focus and concentration
- Increased positive attitudes
- Authentic self-confidence
- Happier relationships
By gently and patiently practicing meditation, we begin to let go of unhelpful tendencies
to feel stressed and overwhelmed. We develop an inner clarity and space that allows us to
take control of our thoughts and feelings. In this way, we become the more peaceful,
positive person we wish to be.
Each session will include a teaching and time for meditation practice. This retreat is suitable for beginners or those who wish to improve their meditation practice.
No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome!
