It is a common experience these days for people to suffer due to fear and anxiety. There is so much uncertainty and apprehension about what will happen – both personally and globally. Is it possible to let go of these painful emotions and states of mind?
In this retreat, Gen Namdrol will clearly explain the Buddhist approach to letting go of fear and anxiety. Buddha taught many methods on how to establish a peaceful place in our mind, a place of inner refuge. Gaining experience of this will gradually enable us not only to find freedom from these painful emotions but also to respond more confidently and creatively to those situations that normally induce fear in us. We can then begin to fulfill our deepest wish to live joyfully, without fear, even when surrounded by challenging situations.
Each session will include a clear, practical teaching and guided meditations.
No experience needed – Everyone is welcome.
