Choosing Between Anger & Patience
November 4 – November 25, 2024

Patience is an inner strength that enables us to accept and grow from whatever life throws at us. Daily life is filled with opportunities to practice patience. Without cultivating patience, we remain vulnerable to anxiety and frustration and will find it difficult to maintain a positive mind when confronted with life’s challenges or difficulties.

Anger is a deluded state of mind that only causes problems and suffering. With an angry state of mind, we lose our reason and good sense as well as our freedom of choice.

In this series, we will learn what true patience is and how we can apply it as a powerful antidote to frustration, irritation, and anger. In this way, we will discover the freedom and joy of choosing patience and living a living a life free of anger.
Everyone is welcome! No experience needed. Each class includes a teaching, guided meditations, and an opportunity for Q&A as time permits.
