Surfing Life’s Waves: Dealing with Change and Uncertainty
Saturday, May 23, 2026, 3-4:30pm

Without choice, things around us are constantly changing. Sometimes things change so fast or so much that it can feel overwhelming. Sometimes things change in a chaotic or unpredictable way, leaving us with a feeling that we are not in control of anything.

In this insightful meditation class, we will explore how we can use the practice of meditation to better manage our emotions in times of uncertainty.  We will learn how we can ride the waves of life’s difficulties and problems to become more flexible and resilient with change. In this way, we will be able to maintain a sense of peace and purpose in this uncertain world.

Join Gen Namdrol for this monthly class that includes an inspiring talk, guided meditations, and time for questions and answers. Please stay following the class to connect with others and enjoy some light refreshments. Everyone is welcome!
