When things go wrong, we often try to appear calm on the surface, while on the inside we are actually disappointed, irritated, or even angry.  In this class, we will learn to appreciate the incredible power and protection that comes from the wisdom of patience. Many people think patience is a weak and vulnerable response to problems, but in reality it is one of the most effective ways to protect ourself from being harmed by our painful emotions such as anger.

In this way, we can move forward with a light heart, with real confidence in our ability to handle whatever comes our way. Join us for an inspiring teaching and guided meditations.
Everyone is welcome – No experience needed
