How to Stop Overthinking
Saturday, September 19, 2026, 3-4:30pm
Though we need to think, reflect, understand, make decisions and so on, sometimes our thoughts can become circular, negative, stuck, or unclear. We may have a tendency to overthink and find it difficult to ‘switch off’—which can be exhausting and unproductive.
By learning to skillfully observe our mind and feelings, we develop the ability to prevent them from spinning out of control. Without suppressing our emotions, the practice of meditation helps us to gradually keep a calm and relaxed mind in all circumstances.
The Skill of Self Confidence
Saturday, October 24, 2026, 3-4:30pm
We all want to feel good about ourselves. Suffering from a lack of self-confidence can adversely affect our daily life, our relationships and our spiritual development. However, self-confidence is not a quality that we either have or we don’t have. It is a state of mind that can be cultivated.
In this insightful class, we’ll learn different ways of relating to ourselves that skillfully grow our self-confidence and empower us to overcome our limitations. This authentic self-confidence will give us the inner power to develop our good qualities and become the confident, joyful, loving person we truly wish to be.
