In this meaningful workshop, Gen Demo will introduce time-tested methods that will allow us to let go of our inhibiting insecurities and instead identify with our pure potential. This authentic self-confidence naturally empowers us in all our activities. We will learn how to integrate this self-confidence into our daily lives and in particular, how to use it to bring about the deeper changes we long for. Thus, we can become the confident, joyful, loving person we truly wish to be. Everyone is welcome! No experience is needed

Meet Gen Kelsang Demo
Gen Kelsang Demo is the Midwestern US National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and the current Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Washington DC. She has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than 25 years and has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 1998. Florida has a special place in Gen Demo’s heart as she previously taught for many years at Kadampa Meditation Center Florida in Sarasota. Gen Demo is deeply appreciated as a teacher and practitioner. She demonstrates a wealth of practical knowledge and provides clear and inspiring teachings for people of all interest levels.
