Letting Go of the Past
series dates: October 8 -29, 2026
(New series begins November 5th)
In our lives there are many difficult and unpleasant circumstances that we cannot avoid, but we can certainly avoid the unhappiness and anger that these circumstances normally provoke in us. It is often our habitual negative reactions to hardships, and our habit of not forgetting them, rather than the hardship itself, that disturb our day-to-day peace of mind.
In these classes, we will explore how to let go of resentful thoughts and other negative emotions that trap us in re-experiencing a past that no longer exists. Join us and learn how to heal the past and live a happier, more peaceful life now, in the present.
Everyone is welcome! No experience needed. Each class includes a teaching, guided meditations, and an opportunity for Q&A as time permits.

The Inner Warrior
series dates: November 5-19, 2026 (NO Class November 26 – Thanksgiving)
We encounter many problems and adversities in our daily life and throughout our life. We have two choices: we can allow ourselves to become overwhelmed by life’s problems and be continuously anxious, or we can develop a brave heart that can happily and courageously embrace and transform life’s difficulties into opportunities for spiritual growth.
This will allow us to defeat our feelings of frustration, anxiety and anger. We can learn to respond to life’s challenges skillfully with acceptance, creativity and wisdom. Our problems will then become fuel for inner transformation and give us tremendous confidence. In this way we become like a fearless warrior!
