The holiday season can be joyful but also stressful.  Buddha taught that our thoughts create our world, so our mind can be our best friend or our worst enemy. How wonderful it would be to relate to ourself and our world in a way that allows happiness and joy to naturally arise from within.

Buddha showed that by cultivating the habit of positive thinking we can engage in life in a light and relaxed way that not only affords us a rich sense of wellbeing but also brings a joyful energy to all our relationships and interactions.  Developing the happiness habit is one of the kindness things we can do for ourselves and others this holiday season and always.

Join Gen Rinzin for this meditation workshop and embark on a transformative journey toward embracing the happiness habit.
Everyone is welcome! No experience needed.
