Letting Go ~  Dealing with Loss and Change Workshop
Saturday, November 9, 2024 10am – 1:15pm
with Gen Kelsang Namdrol
Cost $25.00 Register On-Line above or Drop-In and pay at the door.

Losing the people and things that we love and dealing with unwanted changes in our lives is an experience that we often find deeply painful. Although we long to find lasting pleasure, comfort, and security in other people and things, ultimately, none of them can stay with us forever.

In this workshop, we will learn how, through meditation, we can develop a special wisdom that will help us to deal with the inevitable winds of change and loss in our lives.   We will be able to remain calm and positive regardless of what happens and experience mental freedom and joy.  In this way, we can bring benefit to both ourselves and others.

Everyone is welcome!  No experience is needed.
